Joseph Sciarrino, MD FAAOA was born and raised in upstate New York. He attended Cornell University for his undergraduate education where he majored in biology and graduated summa cum laude. He then attended SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society and graduated summa cum laude. He completed his residency training in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He spent an additional fellowship year dedicated to training in otology under the direction of Dr. Michael Teixido in Wilmington, DE in order to further his ability to treat medical and surgical conditions of the ear. He also greatly enjoys general otolaryngology, and specifically enjoys helping patients with sinus and allergy issues. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.

Outside of work, he is an automotive enthusiast and a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan. He enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife, Dr. Natalie Sciarrino, and their three children.
